Logo Use Agreement MARIPAY (Suis Digital Sdn.Bhd )(hereinafter referred to as “Company 1”) and ________________ (hereinafter referred to as “Company 2”) hereby agree to the following:

Company 2 is granted the non-exclusive right to display Company 1's trademark logo, company name, and copyright symbol in the following contexts: {on websites, in literature, in advertising, for certain services, etc.}. Logos, symbols and company names may ONLY be used to refer to and direct readers to Company 1's licensed literature, products and brands.

Company 2 agreed to strictly adhere to Company 1's standards for fair use of company materials and trademarks, which can be found here: {Link}. It is the responsibility of Company 2 to stay current with any and all changes made to this standard and to comply with them.

Perusahaan 2 setuju untuk tidak menggunakan logo, nama perusahaan, atau simbol hak cipta
